These two sexy and sassy stars, Rosario Dawson and Kylie Minogue, are fans of the Power Plate.  The Power Plate my3 Vibration Training Machine (shown above) is a machine with a vibrating platform that triggers muscle contractions 30 to 50 times per second while the person using the machine attempts to stay balanced while doing exercise repetitions.  The Aussie songstress Kylie said,

“It is a great invention and a convenient, time-efficient workout.”

The Power Plate can be bought and done at home or there are now quite a few gyms that offer it as a class.  The machine is considered to be more efficient than regular training and thus a great time-saver because more muscles are activated at once allowing for a full body workout.  In addition, it will tone and increase muscle strength and improve posture.  The manufacturers of Power Plate claim that 10 minutes on their machine will give the same results as 60 minutes of a traditional strenuous workout.
