She recently spoke with <em>People</em> magazine and told them a few secrets about how she keeps the weight off. She is currently practicing the <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tracy-anderson’s-arm-workout-a-cure-for-flabby-arms/">Tracy Anderson Method</a> workout which is a combination of dance aerobics and toning all performed in a hot room so that you will sweat. Courtney said,<span id="more-9063"></span></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;The whole process is about working your accessory muscles, not just your major muscle groups that get worked all the time. You never stay in one constant motion so you don&#8217;t get bulky in one particular area. I was turned onto it in July, and I&#8217;ve seen a big change in my body.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She also shared a few of her favorite meals. On healthy days she will typically have at a diner some scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon, sliced tomato, cottage cheese or a &#8217;scooped-out&#8217; onion bagel with cream cheese. She obviously has a hearty appetite! She also mentioned that her favorite meal is New York grilled steak with sautéed garlic spinach and broccoli.</p>

<p>First there was <em>The Biggest Loser </em>then <em>Dancing With The Stars </em>and how many other reality TV weight-loss contests/shows. Now celebrity trainer <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/tracy-anderson">Tracy Anderson</a> – the woman who gave <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/madonna/">Madonna</a> those sinuous arms but <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/gwyneth-paltrow">Gwyneth Paltrow</a> that hot mama body – will be filming her own series.<span id="more-8944"></span></p>
<p>The CW network announced last week that it would be developing a TV show around Tracy, in collaboration with Ryan Seacrest Productions. The show has been billed to be a docusoap, which will follow Tracy as she works with her celebrity clientele (including <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tag/jennifer-aniston">Jennifer Aniston</a>, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/courtney-cox-arquette-uses-power-plate/">Courtney Cox</a> and <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/kate-hudson-is-paddle-boarding/">Kate Hudson</a>), whipping them into shape.</p>
<p>Although there’s been no official word as to when the episodes will air, it’s been speculated that Tracy’s project could be greenlighted for mid-fall or even as soon as summer.</p>
<p>Last year Tracy was dumped by one of her biggest clients, material girl Madonna. But it seems her other clients like Gwyneth are still singing her praises. And now with this new show on its way, the celebrity trainer could become very busy very soon – and her client list even longer.</p>

<p>Courtney says she’s seen results she never thought were possible. Her butt is lifted, her arms are sculpted and her skin clings to her muscles again. And the workouts are always a challenge; as soon as she masters one routine, she gets given something new and more challenging to do.</p>

First the 51-year-old single mom steps out with killer, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/madonna-arms/">overly-muscular arms</a>, reportedly injects herself with vitamins, buys a 6 million pound house and turns it into a gym, and then fires her long-time trainer <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/madonna-dumps-trainer-tracy-anderson/">Tracy Anderson</a> because the celeb trainer wouldn’t go on tour with the material girl.</p>
<p><span id="more-7117"></span>In an interview with <em>GMTV</em>, Madonna defends herself saying that she has to work out as much as she does to be able to make it through her concerts.</p>
<blockquote><p>“[I do it] for health reasons and for aesthetic reasons. If I have to go out on stage and, you know, jump around in a pair of hot pants I better look good,” she says on the British TV show. “And also when I perform I&#8217;m like an athlete and I have to be in good shape. I&#8217;m not panicked, I just know what my job is and I know that if I want to be able to wear whatever I want to wear on stage, then my body better look good.”</p></blockquote>

They have been training together for the past three years but it seems that all good things must end and the two have decided to part ways.  According to a source for the <em>New York Post</em> Tracy was carrying &#8216;baggage&#8217; that Madonna was tired of dealing with.  <span id="more-5735"></span>In addition, Tracy skipped the final leg of the <em>Sticky and Sweet Tour</em> because she has hooked up with Philippe van den Bossche, the head of Madonna&#8217;s <em>Raising Malawi </em>charity and the two are now living together.  Others speculate it&#8217;s because the two have different opinions on exercise, for example <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/madonna-arms/">Madonna&#8217;s veiny arms</a> that she sported over the summer and Tracy claimed she told Madonna to lay off the yoga and lift lighter weights.  Tracy&#8217;s publicist did release a recent statement in regard to the claims made by the <em>New York Post</em>:</p>

<p>It probably was mutual to a certain extent, but considering Madonna&#8217;s reputation for being a control freak, perfectionist, etc&#8230; she probably felt like Tracy&#8217;s new found stardom as a celebrity trainer was too much of a threat and decided to let her go.<br />

<p>Celebrity trainer <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=tracy+anderson">Tracy Anderson</a> is not reinventing the wheel, she&#8217;s simply jazzing up the treadmill. For those who thought the bulky piece of gym equipment was only for walking and running, think again.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I developed [this routine] so anyone can take my method anywhere,&#8221; Anderson told Maggie Rodriguez on CBS&#8217; <em>The Early Show</em>. &#8220;I don&#8217;t like it when people use the treadmill in the same way over and over and over because that creates bulk.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p><span id="more-3920"></span>The celebrity trainer, who has worked wonders on actress <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=gwyneth+paltrow">Gwyneth Paltrow</a>, has created a &#8216;dancing&#8217; treadmill workout, which consists of very simple moves that target your muscles through different rotations to help create a long, lean and feminine body.</p>
<p>A few of the dance moves include a push up leap (intended to connect your entire body), skipping (not as jolting as running) and side-stepping (tones legs and lifts your butt). You should spend 30 seconds with each move, or put on some music to really get into the workout.</p>
<p>On the show, Anderson also slammed &#8220;doctored&#8221; photographs of one of her biggest clients, <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=madonna">Madonna</a>, saying they simply do not look like the superstar in real life.</p>

<p>Last week <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/tracy-andersons-webisode-workouts/">Tracy Anderson</a>, the fitness trainer for <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/?s=madonna">Madonna</a> and <a href="http://www.celebritydietdoctor.com/gwyneth-paltrows-dance-workout/">Gwyneth Paltrow</a>, gave some fitness advice to the ladies of Wales about eating properly and getting exercise.  She did start off by saying that anyone could look like Madonna and not by being a gym hog.  Yes Madonna does work out 2 hours a day 6 days a week but Tracy explained that&#8217;s because the performer has to be super-fit for the rigorous dance and choreography she does on stage.</p>
<p><span id="more-2528"></span>What Tracy does explain during the interview though is that women need to have an exercise plan that they are committed to, not just random trips to the gym or jogs around the block.  She said,</p>
<blockquote><p>“Women confuse their bodies because they’re confused themselves. They go to the gym one day, and running another – you’re never going to get results that way.  Work on your butt and abs for 30 minutes a day and you’ll see the difference – but you have to be committed and you have to apply it.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Tracy also spoke of her well-researched methods for losing weight, and it&#8217;s not about starving yourself but making healthy choices.  She explained,</p>
<blockquote><p>“I’ve spent 11 years researching this and working out how women with poor economic backgrounds, or who have become mothers, can get their bodies back or change them into something amazing they’ve never been before.”</p></blockquote>
<p>She then goes on talking about herself, Madonna, Gwyneth and their eating habits.</p>
<blockquote><p>“None of us diet.  I had bread last night, I had chocolate souffle and Gwyneth and Madonna do too.  The key is just not to eat bread for four days before a photo-shoot, don’t eat processed food and put it this way, we’d never go near fast food.  We prefer green juice, fresh vegetables, fish, rice and lean proteins.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Tracy ended the interview explaining that by using her methods women will get shapely and sexy figures.</p>

This non-profit organization strives to end the poverty and poor conditions that the one million orphans of the country have to endure.  Madonna, who has an adopted son from Malawi, is working with the organization to build a school for girls, and the proceeds from the webisodes will go toward this.  Each webisode can be purchased at her website and cost $10 each.</p>
