When Whitney Port moved to New York City to work on the reality series The City she learned how walking can be a great form of exercise. The California native decided to take make the cardio portion of her workouts the walk to and from the gym and then once at the gym she’ll do strength and circuit training. She said,
“I go to the gym three times a week, but I pretty much only do squats, lunges, and circuit training.”
