“Usually it’s about going to a trainer and all that but [the resort has] a very holistic approach. But I needed to bring my body into fitness — so I went for nine days.  It was a total vegetarian diet. andrea roth

As a fire-fighter’s ex-wife, Andrea Roth has been burning up the small screen. Starring alongside Dennis Leary in the hit FX Network TV show Rescue Me, there are not many 41-year-old actresses who look that good in those many underwear scenes.

The blonde beauty certainly doesn’t have to worry about the camera adding 10 pounds with her very simple workout routine and effortless diet. Speaking to Examiner.com, Roth admitted to hiking in the Hollywood hills for an hour every morning with her dogs, working out with 10 pound weights at home every other day and then fitting in a little yoga as well.

“I do hatha yoga. I tried to do Bikram with a friend of mine for a while, but we were just too inconsistent with it,” Roth told Examiner.com. “We’d go three times a week for two weeks, and then not make it back for a long time. It’s a really tough workout though; maybe a little too militant for me.”

Camilla Belle Does Hatha Yoga

Camilla Belle is an up and coming actress who has most recently starred in 10,000 BC, Push and A Deriva.  She has elegant features and nice long and tone muscles thanks to her devotion to Hatha yoga.  According to People Magazine Camilla said that doing yoga isn’t just about the exercise but also the meditative benefits as well.  She said,
“[It's] a mix between the physical and meditating,” she says. “It keeps me on track.”
She also mentioned that yoga helps her relax when work gets stressful.  She explained,
“Work can get really hectic sometimes,” says the actress. “It’s nice to be able to tune out and get relaxed.”
Hatha yoga is one of the more vigorous forms of yoga as it is meant to purify the body before entering a long session of meditation.  Likewise, this ‘purification’ consists of sweating and getting out all of those toxins.
Jennifer Aniston also does Hatha yoga but there are many other forms of this holistic practice.  For example, Giselle Bundchen practices Anusara yoga and Ryan Kwantan practices Vinyasa yoga.

Since 2005 Princess Mary has had a new trainer but according to a Danish royal correspondent she still has a varied routine:
“She’s regularly seen running in the park around the castle.  She is also known for riding horse and has done Pilates and yoga and has had different personal trainers.
Princess Mary has it right; when you vary your workouts you’re keeping your muscles in synch, breaking up monotony and using various muscle groups.
