Taylor Lautner: Diet – 3,200 Calories A Day
Taylor Lautner, the hunk-a hunk-a burnin’ love from the Twilight series is a different person since he began his work on the movies a couple of years ago. Over the past year we have chronicled his weight gain and habits such as his workout and milkshake diet. At a press conference in Beverly Hills last Friday she revealed a bit more about his new physique and the challenges he has when it comes to maintaining it. Not only does he workout at the gym five times a week but he also has to maintain a 3,200-calorie a day diet. He said,
“Everybody thinks it was the actual getting in the gym, that was easy. But the eating was pretty hard…Putting something in your mouth every two hours. And I’m busy. I’m downtown L.A going from meeting to meeting, so there’s no time for me to be eating.”
Because Taylor was so busy he had to carry foods with him in a bag that he could eat through out the day. He ate protein-rich foods like beef patties, raw almonds and sweet potatoes. He also made it very clear that he wasn’t walking around eating ice cream all the time.
Well, you can’t feel too sorry for the guy; he’s now an international celebrity and making loads of money, so 3,200 calories a day is a small sacrifice.
