Taylor Lautner’s Milkshake Diet Plan

Fans just can’t get enough of Taylor Lautner and the rest of the Twilight crew. And as for the media, they can’t seem to get enough of Taylor’s bulking physique. Over the past few months the tabloids have given us tips on his workout routine, his new self-image and his actual struggles with being buff. There was one small interview out there that implied Taylor didn’t even like his fit form and wanted to be thin again. But in his latest interview with Entertainment Weekly it’s hard to feel sorry for the guy because he gets to eat milkshakes, yum! He said,
“My body fat got so low that we actually needed to increase it a little bit,” he says. “My trainer would be like, ‘Go have a huge milk shake just so I can get a thousand calories into your body.’”
It seems that men are the lucky ones when it comes to diet and exercise. If they train hard they get to eat whatever they want but for women, we train hard and still have to watch our calories.
