Tiffani Amber Thiessen’s Pregancy Diet & Exercise

White Collar actress and long time Saved by the Bell favorite, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, is expecting a baby in May. The actress says she feels good and she’s been exercising and eating right but her cravings have taken a big turn. Tiffani Amber has been a vegetarian for years and for some reason she’s craving red meat and she’s not happy with how her diet has changed. She says,

“I feel like I guess this little one is wanting a lot of red meat.”

The 35-year-old is lucky to live in LA where the weather is warm because she has been getting outdoors with her dogs and doing plenty of walking to keep in shape. She said,

“I’m doing a lot of yoga, I’m doing a lot of hiking and a lot of weight training.”

This is Amber Tiffani’s first baby with husband Brady Smith.
