It has been almost a year since TV actress Tiffani Thiessen gave birth to daughter Harper and she admits that she has a long way to go to get back into her pre-pregnancy weight.
“Oh, I’m trying so hard. I’ve got a little bit more to go, but I’m getting there. I’m still nursing, so I’ve got that little last bit that’s hanging on there until I stop, but I wanted to go at least a year.
To help in her post-baby weight loss journey, Tiffani hired New York City trainer Josh Zittomer, who has been training her rigorously. Tiffani also runs, does yoga and core classes to be in shape.
Tiffani and husband Brady Smith want to expand their family with baby #2, but admitted that she’s not quite ready yet. She still wants to enjoy her time with Harper and get her body back.
