		<description>Yep...nutrition is the biggest culprit  but not the only culprit.    If you compare me and my friend side by side, you can see some major differences.   We started with the same diet 10 years ago.  I took a detour and went the healthy route while he stayed on the same diet.  His tummy is still big while mine got flat.   

The reason I am able to flatten my tummy without too much difficulty is that  I am able to bring my C-Reactive Protein down to just .29, well below the radar for inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn&#039;s Disease and irritable bowel syndrome.  The higher the score, the harder it is to flatten the tummy because of the body&#039;s natural defense to fight inflammation.</description>
