Well, she only eats between 1 100 and 1 400 calories a day that’s free of diary, wheat and refined sugar on the 5 Square Low-Carb Meals: The 20-Day Makeover Plan with Delicious Recipes for Fast, Healthy Weight Loss and High Energy The Ugly Betty star has her meals delivered to her everyday courtesy of 5squares.com, but the food packages are a bit pricy at $43 a day.

The name pretty much says it all – 5 meals daily, but measure to small portions.

Meal 1
Blueberry muffin with a side of turkey sausage

Meal 2

    I think $43 for tiny meals is something only the very rich could afford that’s nearly $16,000 a year on food. You could hire a part time chef for that.

    I prepared these meals or similar for less than $10 if people learn portion control and basic cooking skills they could eat better food and not pay more than they do now.
