Victoria Beckham: Berry & Sashimi Diet

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is no stranger to fad diets. In the past she’s been linked to seaweed shakes and edamame beans and all the while she continues to be bone thin. Her latest diet is berries and sashimi and the occasional glass of wine when she’s in the mood to indulge. One source told the Daily Mail that Beckham wants to be ultra thin for the sake of her clothing line.
“She thinks she’s the best ambassador for the clothes she designs – so she wants to be model thin.”
It’s absurd to think that this is all she’s eating but what we can interpret from this is that she is increasing her intake of antioxidants and the omega three oils. You can’t go wrong with fish and fruit but be sure to eat your veggies and whole grains too.
