To help shed her post-baby weight, Victoria Beckham turned to Yogalosophy, a shape-up plan devised by Jennifer Aniston‘s yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, which combines yoga moves with astrology. Victoria is keen to get her figure back after giving birth to her fourth and youngest child, Harper Seven. In previous interviews, the former Posh Spice says that her ideal weight should be about 119-126 lbs.
Aside from running in a silent treadmill installed in Harper’s nursery, Victoria is also following the yoga moves in Mandy’s DVD.
‘The DVD has become part of her routine. She had to take it easy after the birth but has been told that gentle yoga techniques can aid her recovery. It’s also giving her that extra bit of energy.’
As part of Mandy’s diet plan, processed foods and sugar are out. She also drinks plenty of coconut water. In order to shed all the weight she gained during her pregnancy, Victoria has been sticking to fresh fruits, vegetables and lightly steamed fish.Celebrity Diets, Victoria Beckham
