Victoria Beckham’s Workout

Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, is a member of the ultra-exclusive Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills where she works out six days a week.  A source from the gym told the Daily Mail about what entails a typical workout for Victoria.  The source said that she runs approximately eight miles on the treadmill, and has also done pilates and spinning.  The source quoted,

“Posh is in great shape and says she has never felt better. She’s naturally thin but says she is eating more now because the workouts have fired up her metabolism. She’s become a real gym bunny and says if she misses a session she can feel it.”

In a recent interview, Victoria was quoted saying,

“I feel energised and healthy. I get up in the morning, drop the kids off at school and then go to the gym. It helps me think properly for the rest of the day.  David puts music into my iPod for me, so I listen to that while I work out, and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers that have a little chip allowing you to clock how far you’re running.”

Other stars that train at Sports Club LA are Jessica Alba, Heidi Klum and Justin Timberlake.

    8 miles day 6 days a week????? No way!!! and she makes pilates and spinning too?? I don’t believe it… how long should she stay in the gym to accomplish all that?? what about injuries due to the daily running??

    Is that healthy??

    its 4 to 5 miles a day plus the step up machine !!!!!! every day , pilates or spinning class

    would peope get it right !!!!
