Victoria Principal: Diet and Exercise
At 59 years of age Victoria Principal is stunning, healthy and fit. Apart from her career as a model and actress she has also written books on diet and exercise and has her own skin care and make-up lines. She has always been about natural beauty and has strived to convey that message to the public. She said,
“It’s sad when I see a woman who has done things to herself in an effort to look younger, and instead she looks some way she never looked before.”
Referring to her own aging process, she is proud of who she is and the image she presents:
“I kind of like the way things are, and although there is a southward shift, it fits me.”
Most recently she is on a mission to get in great shape as she plans to be one of the world’s first space tourists on the inaugural flight of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic space mission. According to the Daily Mail she is preparing by getting 10 hours of beauty sleep, she power walks two hours a day on the beach and does yoga and fat-burning resistance training. As for her diet she is depending on homeopathic remedies packed full of vitamins, hormones and anti-oxidants. She’ll also enjoy a breakfast of Tibetan goji berry juice and green tea.
