		<description>I never knew that I was actually getting enough fiber and am so pleased that I am and how beneficial this is for our bodies! All our family eats is whole wheat as I have banned processed enriched junk! We just try to stay away from it as best we can. We also all take our daily Vidazorb chewable probiotic which really helps with so many things like weight, digestion etc! Thanks for the fiber info!</description>
