Eating meat that is treated with growth hormones or antibiotics can wreak havoc not only in the animal but in humans as well. You have to be aware that anything given to the animal will be passed on the the person consuming it. This interferes with hormones in the human body. Growth hormones are converted to estrogen like substances in the body or xenoestrogens. These bad estrogens are stored in our fat cells and contribute to breast cancer, fertility issues, obesity, and unbalanced horomone levels. It's no surprise that the Chinese are not as healthy as they use to be. They have slowly adapted to the American diet which is extremely polluted and filled with refined white flour products.
