Whitney Port’s Weight Loss is Scary Skinny

Whitney Port is looking very thin these days. The photos from her little vacation in Hawaii raised some eyebrows as to what she’s eating since she’s all bones.

The star’s skinny figure has caused a stir, but Port says she’s happy with the way she looks. Although she would definitely look better with some curves, Port is sticking to her diet no matter what. The reality TV star reportedly ate only one apple for lunch while her boyfriend joined her with a light salad.

The 5’10′ celebrity weights about 115lbs, but reveals that she hasn’t always been this thin. The clothing designer confesses she actually gained some weight after leaving college, and that’s when she decided to go on a strict diet and workout program to lose weight.

Diet
To keep the weight off, she removed sugar, fried foods and carbs from her diet. And what’s more, she’s never eaten pasta.

Workout
To compliment her diet, the TV star also exercises a lot to stay slim. Aside from the regular workouts with her personal trainer, she also enjoys basketball, bike riding and long walks to keep her body in shape. Walking seems to be her favorite exercise as even a few years ago she emphasized on how efficient it is to burn the extra calories.

This girl needs to eat!  At 115 pounds and 5’10″ she has a BMI of 16.5 which is a low and makes you wonder if an eating disorder is lurking here. Low BMIs can lead to anemia, a weakened immune system, infertility and irregular or absent menstrual periods. Whitney, it’s time for some Ho-Hos girl.

thank you, captain dumbass. c'mon, an apple a day may keep the doctor away, but not if that's all she's eating. whats this no carb business? she needs whole grains pronto, with all that exercise.
