JC is an IDIOT. “I don’t think all the side effects are known yet.” This drug has been available by prescription since 1999, and was in studies for 6 years before that. It is the most studied diet drug EVER, with over 100 published studies. And YES, fat soluble vitamins have been studied repeatedly. The effects are very well known.

Someone at the FDA must be getting a BIG kickback. I don’t think all the side effects are known yet. By bypassing fat absorption, users of Alli will not be able to store the fat soluble vitamins – Vitamins A, D, E, F (omega 3 & 6), or K. This means more diseases on the horizon and more money making opportunities for the pharmies and the doctors.

Alli worked great for me, and I went from 150 lbs to 125 lbs. You have to stick to it if you use Alli and will only have an accident if you try to cheat on our diet. I never did and was fine. My girlfriend cheated after 1 day, and we all knew it. As with most things, diet is about self control and will power, and Alli just boosts the weight loss process a bit. Most products can be what you make them, and will only work as well as you follow the instructions.
